Threats and false accusations

I ask the drunk passenger seat behind me to gently be quiet after 3 hours of shouting and continuous noise on the plane, and they start to rant against , accusing of sniffing cocaine inside the plane in front of my girlfriend sitting next to me and in front of the crew member and also in front of their children definitely under 15 . It hurt me a lot to be accused by a woman of using coke and threatened by two drunk men who wanted to wait for me in the airport parking lot to perform a beating. Much more unpleasant that the company j2, has not taken measures, if not to change my seat of the return flight

I only phoned because I have a small dog I take away on the plane to Spain a friend said she saw small dogs in the cabin coming home from Benidorm .. I didn’t

My small therapy dog is coming with me to Spain on KLM in a bag under the seat in the cabin. She has a Spanish passport and an ESA card.

I don't go anywhere without her. Can I fly from Malaga to Bristol with her under the seat in the cabin? She is 5 kgs. I phoned to ask and was told no!

So that query is solved. Shame on the UK; we are so behind most countries that allow it, but not the UK. Luckily, I can go with KLM from Cardiff but have to fly back to Belgium. Such a lot of information you require just to ask a question.

I wish airlines like you were more supportive of dog owners. End of rant.

No pool when specified on booking

My 8 year old daughter was very disappointed on arrival.Jet2 didnt change hotel when I said I would pay for it. Got email day before I left they were sorry, the other hotel was Unavailable! When it was on there website for the days specified.jet 2 the company you can trust.

They still my money which are my benefit for surviving !

I was thinking to {{Redacted}} and I still havent give up ! Trip.com and airlines / Easy jet & Jet2.com / give me very big stress and I get in big depression !

Im disabled person whit mental and physical problems . These airlines and agency stilling benefits of people in need !!what a shame ! They must make donations not to get the benefits ! They told me to cancel my tickets and to bay new tickets .

They didnt allow me to change the date ! I just made mistake with the date !!! They did it in porpoise !

I want my money back to use them for my holiday ! My be my last in my life !!!
